Construction Design

There are many phases, innumerable details and decisions involved in a construction project; many of which can be time consuming, time sensitive, and overwhelming. 

We work collaboratively with our clients, architects, builders, vendors and craftsmen on every stage and detail of the design aspects of the construction project from formulation to completion so our clients’ vision for the project comes to life.

As the designer on your project, we stay involved with all drawings for the project - this includes all revisions and changes. We oversee and manage the design aspects of the project, resolve any design build problems should they present, and make recommendations for any changes and adaptations to the design aspects of the project if the need presents. 

We provide you with options for selections and materials necessary to complete the project. We source and keep track of all materials specified to ensure all materials ordered are delivered on time and orders are correct - this includes kitchen and bathroom fixtures, hardware, appliances, tile, built-in cabinetry, light fixtures and flooring materials, tiles and materials.

One of our key roles as the designer on your project is to work as the liaison between you, the general contractor, vendors and tradesmen involved in the project. This ensures good communication and coordination of work; making for a seamless, streamlined design and construction process, and the result you envisioned.
